Windows Live Personalized Experience?

I noticed this today when I went to my personalized Live.com:

It no longer says "Live.com" but instead it now says "Windows Live Personalized Experience". Hints of new things to come? What do you think? Anyone else notice this?

It hasn't changed for me. Could be that my physical location might have something to do with that. Although I have been able to access US-only pages nonetheless...
